The company was founded in 2008 to meet the unique hiring needs of small businesses.  Now Resource Integration, a women-owned and operated business, is a respected and growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing firm serving the hiring needs of small and medium sized businesses nationally.

Inspired By Entrepreneurs



The company was founded after several conversations with entrepreneurs revealed serious HR problems. Many managers and owners complained that it was extremely expensive and difficult to find new employees that met their expectations.  Additionally, most small businesses do not have a dedicated human resource department or in-house recruiter, which means that by default, the recruitment function is delegated to the CFO, accountant or owner, taking time away from their core objectives.  They needed affordable hiring solutions from a professional firm.

As a result, we founded the own company to address exactly this issue. With years of experience in the human resources and recruitment industry as an HR Generalist, Recruiter, Sales Executive and Director within the executive search and recruitment process outsourcing space, our founder decided it was time to change the way recruiting was done in order to meet the unique needs of small businesses.  We carefully started building a file with candidates who were personally selected and pre-screened that we could refer without having to worry.

It is our belief that charging 20 percent to upwards of 35 percent for placement fees is too expensive for the small business owner and simply unjustified.   Our goal is to be a valued long-term partner for small and medium sized businesses in every aspect of acquiring the right people, at the right time, and at the right price.
